It did sell but then the housing bubble burst so it was no longer feasible to do all the toxic clean-up to put houses on the property. |

that was the first time I heard it, in 2000 the spring show was cancelled bc of a tornado watch, but we still had a "mini" show at the armory parking lot across the street, under heavy rains. |
