I purchased an NOS drivers side mirror from Glenn for my 1974 Sun Bug. It arrived quickly and fits perfectly. I like doing business with those who deal in quality.

Glenn’s work is stunning. He rebuilt an 010 for me. It was perfect right out of the box. Dropped it into my case, set timing and it fired right up. Dwell was spot on. No details missed on his rebuild....it’s almost an art piece, hate to cover it with a cap. Thanks Glenn!

Had great dealings with Glenn!

Bought a restored Bosch distributor to replace a knockoff one. Turned out that the carb/distro combination was mismatched. Decided to put in a choke cable, replace the carb and go stock. Glenn gave me credit on the returned distro and proceeded to restore a Bosch VJU4BR8 for me.

Looks like jewelry and works like a charm!

** FAIR WARNING ABOUT GLENN RING**

He is as good as they get. I have learned from him that he is almost out of Bosch rebuild kits, and when they are gone, he is basically out of business. He has said that he will still repair his customers distributors, but as far as rebuilding/restoring to better than new... Better get at him while you can

And as with any record run... it has to come to an end.

I just completed my last distributor rebuild since my supply of genuine Bosch kits has been exhausted.

The last is a Bosch 010 which has all NOS tune up parts on it. Wanted to go out with a BANG.

And no... it's not for sale.

End of an era. I don't like it, not one bit, but I surely understand. When you can no longer get what you need, to effect a restoration, you don't have many choices. Glenn has been known for his over the top distributor restorations, I myself have a couple of them..Mine aren't for sale, either. Glenn, Thank You for all the years of service to our hobby.

glenn sold me quality vw stuff at a very fair price along with a very good shipping rate!!!.....i would not hesitate to use him again, and i would recommend him to all on samba!!....he responds quickly to emails and is very easy to deal with!....i give him 5 STARS!!...

Sorry to hear it. You warned me that this day was coming but I didn't think it would happen so soon. Huge thank you for providing me great service for almost 20 years. Definitely an asset to the hobby.

Does this increase the value of the one I had you do many years ago, never used, and is now the wrong date for my current VW? :)

Purchased a glovebox from Glenn. Shipped it out right away and it was just what I wanted. Have know Glenn for many years and it has always been a pleasure to deal with him. :D

Glad you found a good home for it. I was planning on installing it in my 74 but just got lazy.

Just don't know how you'll make it fit in your Split ;)
