Prickle.

It's gonna be white from the belt up yellow on the bottom. I'm gonna put a 9 ball on the shifter.

Mine is "Hurley" because I bought it shortly after watching the episode of LOST where Hurley gets the bus running.

This is my 79 riviera that has been named Barrie (because it's blue) as named by the family.

We named her Gertie, after the dinosaur.
Also, it's a good strong German name.

You could re-do your tire cover to say, "Life Is Good In Gertie". Beauty bus! :D

Our bus was named "Kimberly" by the former/original owner. We decided to keep it for good luck.

"Firefly" for obvious reasons

My '78 Bay Window is named the Imperial Transport. I bought my bus recently to transport my full sized R2-D2 around among other things. Also I call this temp carport "The bus barn".

My 7 year old named ours Firebolt after Harry Potter's broomstick.

Ok I really want to see R2D2 in the back of the bus. Even better if he had his claw arm in the engine hatch adjusting something to fix the hyper drive

My 71 Tin Top Westy from the Texas Port of entry. Meet Wanda Alova.

My 77 Westy was just 'The Bus' or 'The Westy' or the 'Globespotter Bus' until I met up with Amskeptic in Florida and spent a day working on her. Colin was amazed that my Westy's tranny even worked after we drained the fluid and found lots of metal bits on the magnetic plug.

It was at that moment that her name came to me: 'Enigma' because she is.

My old 79 Westy was called Eric the Wild Car for obvious reasons:

Our '72 Dorper came with the name "Shamus", short for "shame on us for buying another old vehicle".

The Mexican '75 Single Cab I had initially named "ArĂ¡ndano", which is Spanish for "blueberry", since it's blue:
But there's a problem: Its original color is light gray (L345), and it will be returned to that color. At that point, "ArĂ¡ndano" makes no sense. So, I'm thinking maybe "El Raton" (The Mouse)...? Still undecided.

The 1973 Wild Westerner is Jelly Bean, because it has the colors of jelly beans:

And there is Ann the Van, a 1972 Sportsmobile named after its previous (and original) owner, Ann, and because "Van" rhymes with "Ann" (Don't judge me!):

And finally, BlueBird, also since it is blue (Neptune Blue, to be exact):

Other names I have given are

Cassandra, named after its previous owner

Number 9, since its VIN is 2332000009 (number 9 off the production line for the 1973 model year)

Ko'och'it Wa'sti'ch, which translates to YellowBird (story behind that is earlier in this thread somewhere)

Then there were Y2 and Y3, which followed YellowBird and were the same color Westies).

Snickers, a lovely original paint two-tone brown '79 Transporter, looked like a big candy bar.

And AZA, since I had registered it with a year-of-manufacture sample license plate, AZA 000.
