It's not just the cost of the parts, but also the trip out there since you don't ship. Between gas and three days lost work those parts are over $1000. I guess I'm too "cheap" to pay that much! |

i don't ship GLASS sorry, i've been on the receiving end of broken glass and even though it was insured, it wasn't worth the disappointment of getting a part i couldn't wait for, only to get it busted. then there is the wait to get the insurance check. so, no... i won't ship glass. |

I don't begrudge you not wanting to ship, but it isn't right to call people "cheap" for not wanting to make an outlay that large when such indirect costs are included. I see the smiley, so peace! |

I was wondering the same thing. Granted, it's a cool avatar, but why have the same one that someone else has? :? |

It's right to call me cheap. Well, maybe not, because that would be a gross understatement (or maybe overstatment in this case?). |

I see your pop-outs are still for sale in the Classified section. I'd buy them if you would ship. I already have two sets of the glass, so I wouldn't care if the glass broke or not. I Also have a pair of pop-out seals, but they are in marginal condition. |

I was talking to Anthony from ISP West during the Classic. He said they are working on getting a quality source to repop Fastback popout seals.
I picked up a set of their recent repop type 3 sunroof cables, and based on the good quality of those... I'd say once they find a source to repop the rubbers, they should be good quality. |

Woohoo! I can't wait for those damn seals! I'd buy two sets and figure out how to store the second without deterioration. |

Store them in Antarctica.
Cold, low humidity, and no Ozone.

Probably unneccessary for the first 25-40 years. If..they are the same as the originals. I hope people are keeping the other essentials for these popouts. Frames and hardware, clips. Are the new ones including all that?
Hey, you going to Eureka Springs? |

nope... the stationary are totally different, the pop out seals are in the works, like everything we make it takes time, but its right when its done, the pop out seals cant be rushed,
we usually don't do a pre order deal, but if their is enough interest, maybe we can do a prepaid discount for those who really want them and step up to pay up front,
sound off and let me know what you think...
