Eric before you go turbo install nitrous first. Lets see what the difference is

How about you install a turbo?

Wow that's one of the few video's on youtube of a VW that I have seen where the engine did NOT sound like a poor responding lethargic pig when revving it off idle.
 Sounds good, I like. 8)

			| Thanks Nick.
We actually fattened it up on the dyno. I had 58 idles in it and 140 mains, 34 vents. We went leaner on the idles to 55's and went to 142 mains. It was border line on the mains on th eupper end during the dyno pull, so we went to 145 mains. Not much change in readings, but the AFR was a touch better, and safer. It hauls the mail for sure. Yeah, it could be larger, but it's a very fun street motor as is. 78mmx90.5, 40x35.5 p&p heads, Autocraft 1.4's, Berg wedgemated crank/lightened flywheel, 1.5 qt sump, 1-5/8" header. It pulls extremely hard (to me) for a small 2L. I'm happy!

 Where did you see that????

I think it is from an earlier post about removing your chrome tin to gain 10 horse. LOL

Actually thats backward. Everyone knows that adding chrome tin, a clear dist cap, and lots of stickers is good for free hp. Adding a big ass wing to the back of your car will also improve things as well.
