| has anyone heard of a brand of pistons rings called "ITM"?i am getting a used 1600 dual port and installing new rings and was wondering if they are any good.friend otf mine has them laying around.they are made in usa.thanks |

ITM is a big supplier of engine kits, gaskets, and parts, they don't make the rings.
I don't know what brand they would be. ITM is not a top shelf line. I have had a lot of problems with them. Although compared to what VW guys deal with, you might consider it normal quality.
Maybe can identify them from good pictures. |
