Need help. Cleaned inside out. Only pops and spills fuel on one side of the carb.
Dual 48s. Under the butterfly looks like the fuel is spraying out of. Can’t add a video. Or a picture. Don’t know how. TIA. |

Jesus Christ this is an inferno waiting to happen. You sure you don't have some jet turned the wrong way like facing up? Check if your pump jet is facing up. posted some pics that should help you.

I would think you have a leaky intake valve. |

Pull the top off and check the float, it may have a leak and be full of gas. |

^^^It's one of these!^^^
That cylinder is not drawing fuel, it's blowing it back out! The intake valve is not closed/sealing. |

My first thought is you have a intake valve stuck open..... Pop the valve cover and take a little look-see.... |

Thank you to all the brothers that chimed in. I appreciate all the knowledge.
To recap. Motor was broken in a few years ago by an engine builder. He’s good. But I guess letting something sit so long and just idling won’t keep up with the maintenance. Thanks again. Now just adjustments left. Nothing else. I feel so grateful.

Dang be careful there with that fuel spitting out the top like that, my first thought is you've got something going on with the engine causing your problem, lots of good advice here though. |

Make sure that your auxiliary vents are seated, driven down below
The gasket level . That would make for an extra fuel problem and that's what it looks like to me. Good luck. |

With the exhaust rocker off of the pushrod…the gas has to go somewhere…thru the intake.
That’s why it sounds like that. Luckily no fire |
