Listen, The man is asking questions here. You just never know. I think It would be best to give the guy some more respect until it's proven or disproven. He does not seem to making any wild "proven" claims actually, but more like trying to find out what he has up there. I don't think he knows either?
Anyway, the people that find the good stuff are the ones that are willing to go on more wild goose chases It seems. |

| This thread is from last summer...one would assume that if it's legit there would have been a little more activity on it, or at least some pics... |

Where is, in the todays digital world, the problem to get pics made and sended? How old are his parents? 100 years? My father is 68 years old and (after my mother) the second worst computer user in the world, but even he is able to take a picture and mail it.
So I say this guy just tells bulls...t! Something went wrong in his childhood
or so, he just needs attention.
I met that kind in the past. One told me he ownes "a strange front spoiler, made of aluminium". He said he once had found and kept it because a pre 1957 licance plate was fixed on it. Of course I thought at the Kamei front spoiler. Each time I visited him he had another excusion why he could not show it to me. After months I stopped trying to see it. It never existed at him.
Another one offered by mail "a very old Volkswagen that looks like a coffee bean and can swim". He said it was in use for decades close to his place by a old guy who took care of his forrest plants by that car due to its four wheel drive.
So, he exactely knew what to tell to get people exited. After weeks of mailing it still was not possible to get a date fixed to meet.
By chance I spoke to a friend and he told me he had been in touch with that guy a year before and he was told the same story.
So these people seem to need some contact or whatever and they tell a story that gets others interested. |

As someone once said in another forum, "Some people need thesamba more than it needs them." |
