Great work. Good catch Bill on the linkage. If you dont mind what did you use on the bottom of the Bus? Is it POR15 or painted? It all looks great and your attention to detail is nice to see. |

Small update
(Didn't do that much  )
Draglink was hitting the chassis and floor from raising the steeringbox
I didn't want to raise the floor more so I altered the draglink itself:
Place windowframe in door:
Noise reduction throughout the bus.
It sure helps a lot! It stops the panel from beeing one big resonance-box.
Buildup the rear brakes with all new parts:
My buddy Bob painted the drums with heathresistance paint and
baked them to harden the paint. Thanks Bob!
Drilled the spindels to flip the tie-rods and installed them.

And another two months just flew by
Havent done much appart from some small stuff..
I did get the bumpers and wheels back from the painter!
Fitted the front one so the front is done!
I hope to use the hollidays to fill the gearbox and brakesystem and then make a start on working on the engine.
Not sure what I'll do with it yet.
I did find some time to redesign my website!
Check www.volksfahrer.nl for that. |

I see some dirt or debris on your sparkling clean floor in one of the pictures. I hope you have cleaned that up by now. :P |
