I am building a tube chassis Notchback that will be a street/strip car.

I have never used an aftermarket hydraulic pedal assembly and was wondering if they would be good for my application. Also what the pros/cons would be and if someone would give me a little feedback on brands and types that work the best. I was leaning towards the CNC or Jamar without accelerator pedal.
I have a neal accelerator pedal that I have had for years and am planning on using it with a morse cable.
Should I use a cable for my clutch and a VW master cylinder or hydraulic assembly??
