| I have a "Crane 282" and I have looked all over for info on it and found none matching up to a VW cam... Is the number on yours 287?? |

| I have a Crane Cams VW-302 cam. I tried looking for info on Crane Cams website also. Couldnt find anything but a phone number to call. One of these days I will call that number during my lunch break at work. |

| looks like 282 but it could be 287? the cam is back in a 1600 rebuilt but I am having trouble with the idle so I need to figure it out. We'll see if I get any info this weekend if not I will try to fax crane the picture on monday. |

| I've had 2 Crane cams in the past...if you give them a call they will fax you a cam card free |

Special thanks to Frank at Crane Cams, I got the specs of the cams mentioned above. I am guessing I can't post a pdf file of the cam cards. Just to clarify Crane Cams doesn't have a 287, must have been either misread or the stamping wasn't legible.
