I read in one post that the car actually is in better condition than what the pictures indicates - and the owner has plans for it...
I'll guess the pic's will start coming - as its beeing "presented" at an VW event this weekend. |

I saw this former car today, at SCC. It is more special like it is, than restored. You have never seen a samba like this. Good story, too.
But it will cost blood to get it nice. Nearly like build a new car. :?
And it is a real fish at the steering wheel...
Until the 70' , it was common in scandinavia to drive old cars out on icy lakes, and when the ice broke in the spring, the car was gone. |
