I just installed the tri mil euro two tip exhaust and I have some serious leaks where the end of the j-tubes meets the exhaust. Im not sure how the clamp, ring, and donut gasket are supposed to work. pictures would be awesome :)

its a little hard to see, but the ring goes first, then the donut, then the exhaust. when your installing the clamp, make sure the ring, and the lip on the end of the exhaust are inside the clamp.

Also, if you take a good look at the clamp, one side is taller then the other. this is because the part of the exhaust that slides over the j-tube is larger in diameter, then the end of the j-tube. so the smaller side goes over the j-tube, and the bigger side goes over the exhaust.

Thanks that helped a ton. Can those brackets be over tightened or stripped? I assembled them correctly, but I think it might still be leaking.

they actually sometimes leak a bit at first and then seal with soot so i've been told...

i don't think i've ever had them not seal before. but that does make sense. i have had them leak, if you put the clamps on backwards tho. remember, the clamps can only go on in one way. otherwise, i just tighten them down equally on both bolts, and just do them nice and tight with two 10mm wrenches, or socket wrenches.
