| How do some of you connect to the neg side of the coil. Do you run a wire back and how? |

Most coils for VW have multi-terminal for push on connectors... And any path that gets you (your wire) from point A to point B (generally follow existing loom) ...

if you don't have enough spots on the coil get one of these: http://cdn-reichelt.de/bilder/web/xxl_ws/C180/FSA45.png
I have one on each side of my coil that has 3 spades.. only using one on either side, but i have 3 available.. |

Yea I have those on mine with 3 spades, I need a wire back there to connect to the tach. |
