Here's my car I started on it in Jan 2013.
I got the chassis from PA and it was all correct except it had a oval tranny and 15" wheels.
I got the body from Colorado Springs which is a standard as well.
Chassis full of surface rust and body super nice with correct doors. I will post all pictures of the rebuild from start to finish.
This rebuild will be 99% correct except powder coating the chassis and heavy gloss paint on the body when I'm done.
I will post pictures later today.

Excited to get feed back over the build.

Thanks,
Mark DeSouza

Here is the photos of the powder coating work.
It turned out beautiful and didn't cover up the born dates I also like the pitted sections trying to come out of the powder coating.

Body/sheet metal work is not my specialty, but I have a question:

If a chassis is going to be powder coated, when do you apply seam sealer to the newly installed floor pans? Or is it even necessary.

Keep the progress and updates coming.

I think I PM'd you about this but if I didn't you can't because when you powder coat the paint has to be baked on and it would melt the seem sealer but really powder coating is so thick there isn't any reason to do so. Plus I believe most splits should be garage kept but driven after rebuilds hahaha.

Got the steering box cleaned up and painted.

Cleaned up nicely but you gotta like the old tire coupler combo

Not OG style paint but I love chassis black with the gloss and cad platted nuts & bolts.
