Underside is in paint!
decided to paint my OG Velvet Green bus to Titian Red
Haters gonna hate but i think it looks killer!

Brake lines, MC and wiring harness in place!
Fitted gearbox and axles, front axle.
Don't have pics because i was too excited :D
But finally after years its back on its own wheels!
(Don't mind the 10 different colors :D

My OG deck lid was bent as f... so ordered a new one from BBT here in Belgium!
Apron was missing when i bought the bus so got me a new one as well
Something whent wrong with measuring i think :(
Right corner was way off so had to do some metal work..
Glad i turned out really nice, its a learning process :?

| Wow! What a great job bringing the old bus back from the dead. Guys who can fabricate and weld like you give all of us with less skills hope that one day we too can do some of these things. Really impressive welding. Keep up the good work. |

I learned it all by myself, made mistake's, learned how to solve them.
Practiced on old sheet metal en see what the metal did..
Don't be afraid to try and just carry on! :wink:

Wasn't happy with the tailgate gap so made it look clean!
Made a wrong meausurement with the right rear corner so thats why the engine lid and tailgate needed to be modified :?
Meausure twice is what they said? :roll:

Finally finished my rear hatch!
There was lots of rust were the 2 pieces of metal were spotwelded together at the top of te hatch!
My other hatch had this piece in perfect condition! So swapped it over :D
Tiny bit of filler and u won't even notice!
On to the cargo doors now 8) |
