Hi Guys
I know his was discussed before
I decided to try it and I think it was successful
I Got a piece of off cut staimless 19mm ID X 25MM OD Tubing free of charge from a local engineering shop
19x25mm shims from a nut and bolt centre for around $3 and went about doing this .
Some of you might have a go at me for retainingvthe end retaining clips and the engineering shop was not prepared to cut ,tap and drill them for me

I did the same thing on both of my engines. Working good so far.

Mcmaster carr has some very nice shims. German made, good stuff

| You can safety the wire ends closed or use snap rings that fit the groove. |

| Yes, McMaster Carr will not ship to me in Canada either. A US Samba member bought them and shipped them to me. |
