Does anyone recognize these heads? Someone posted them in a FB group. He got them in trade & doesn't know what they are. Everyone is saying older CB Performance but CB is saying that they're not theirs. Google was no help. Trying to find out what they are & maybe a value to offer if they'll work.

A picture of the intake flange side would help, but they look like older superflows from here.
There were a few different people using very similar castings. Bugpack, CB, and ARPM all looked the same.
They have quite a bit less cooling than a typical VW style casting. They appear to be 40x35, but hard to tell without measuring. Some people say they won't cool well on a street car.

He just responded the valves are 42x37.5 and the bore is 94.
I thought I posted it
Do you think these will be too much for the 2180? What if I did a bigger cam.

They are street eliminators, I would send them to Greg Tims to work his magic on them before using. Great strong head. |

Quality head, but not sure they would be my pick for a car you intend to drive in stop and go traffic…even if just on the weekends. |
