Though I would post this incase anyone is interested in making port and or chamber molds for future reference or 3D modeling.
The stuff in the picture works great.
Follow directions for the release agent and urethane and they just push right out.

I have used other stuff, but yours looks WAY better. The stuff I used would tear to easy, and it was hard to get out of the port.
Making the port molds, and then slicing the into 1/4” pieces is about the best way to figure out the cross sectional are in the different parts of the port.
