just thought i would let everybody know that the 1960 baja that, west coast costoms did is on ebay for sale for 13000.00 (reserve not met). that is the worst looking thing i have ever seen. mabe the guys at wcc should have consulted the samba crew for a little help before screwing up a nice baja. just one mans thoughts.[/quote]

I found the car on craigslist here:

http://losangeles.craigslist.org/car/43877423.html

It looks like she wants 20k at the least

I don't think anyone will pay her this considering it wasn't her money that was put into the car but rather MTV's.

But then again you never know.

The thing that gets me is that those pics she has on ebay are taken in front of what looks like a very nice house.

MTV portrays these kids as underprivileged which this certainly doesn't appear to be the situation in this case.

the front end is whats wrong with the headlight. compare the gaps where it passes over the bumper.

i'll admit the only thing i like about that car is the paint. and i would still never paint a car like that.

She stated that some of the paint is cracking chipped and cracking, dvd display is cracked on the drivers side, and yall already noticed the headlight. So my guess is she tried to offroad and the "extras" wasnt installed for that. Maybe on the DVD screen when she was getting pounded really good, her knee.... Embarassed

Man I was trippin at first. I was so happy to see someone finally gonna hook up a bug on TV the right way, then uh...welllll....ummmmm, I thought it was a murdered lil thing. They had no idea what a "Baja" is, or is about. That's why the show is called, "Pimp" my Ride, haven't seen a good car on there yet that I can remember.

MOLLIEY2000, i appreciate your concern, but most of the posts here were criticizing wcc's work and not the girl's decision to sell the car.
