VIN on a Dune buggy.

I was told the VIN on my dune buggy is for a 1973 but I can't seem to find the answer.

So I'm here to ask the experts.

More info:
The 3rd digit being a 7 means 1967

1973 would start with 1132, which is 1973 from the 3rd digit being a 3 and the 4th digit being a 2 means 2 generation (1970s)
