I have a 1968 beetle that previously had some aftermarket side view mirror on it. The mounting holes got missed prior to paint and now we have these two holes plus the stock mirror hole to try and fill with something.
Any suggestions on a mirror that might cover the three holes?

Their called turbo mirrors and are available new. Or theirs a few on the samba. In this ad you can see the mounts are turned. Kinda like how you would be mounting them.

And here is an example of how crappy it can look.

Google search for "push in rivet" or similar to see what they look like and then go to Ace hardware and find a size that will cover those 2 holes, then install a stock type mirror. _________________ 1972 1302
