Been working on the lefthandside door repair and conversion parts..
Needed a hinge alignment jig and had this metal plate a friend lasercut years ago that did fit the purpose!

After some tweaking I got the repairpanel to fit nicely. Then welded the window regulator mount to it.

Bought the repairpanels in 2011...
The repairpanels are of the first handmade by legendary Virtanen Panels so the hinge reinforcement and window regulator mounts were not welded.

After this I could start fitting the hinge reinforcement..

Tackwelded the panel.

I then had to go to the barn and test the fit to the body..
