I sold today A passenger nos rear fender for 550 euro ! I thought that was a good price ! IMO 400$ is ok for a front repro but not for a rear one ! !

Cheers Gerson ! Smile

Ive not been involed in the debate but am totally bored of trawling through the over extended discussion to cut to the chase (respecting all's right to their freedom of speach).

Next the winge will be waiting times. Im guessing there will be a year's waiting list so someone at the top of the queue will sell them for even more.

Supply & Demand baby !

What other split bug panels are in the works gerson??

As soon as my bus (with its new funky green floor) is finished I want to get on with my bug and would love to use your bits where possable!

I noticed a front bulkhead picture

Would love the inner rear 1/4 panel bit above the heater channel, the ends of the x members, the front bumper mount sections as well as lots of other bits

we are doing the front fenders, next in line is
early heater channels
early floors
all years front and rear aprons
we just did a front firewall
maybe rear fenders
lower A pillars
lower early door repair sections, etc.etc.etc..
if there is enough demand, we will eventually do practically the complete car, just like we did with the buses.... Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Will these be correct for a zwitter? If so put me down for a left rear fender. Will they have the taillight recess? My zwitter fender doesn't have it. Suppose I could cut it out

Well Gents, here is our first somewhat assembled prototype fender, this fender is going to the U.S.....it will be test fitted on a pristine split, it will be checked for overall fit, and if there are any changes that need to be made to the die, they will take place at once......I borrowed an early original headlight bucket from my bus stash, since our headlight bucket die is still not finished, and we hand made the wire tube.......I will be showing the fender this weekend at WinterJam.. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy enjoy the pics....

Looks to me like the only way a "trained eye" is going to spot these as repros is by the funky green paint! Very Happy
