It looks like Sheena and Brad have been robbed. Here is the info I took off FB from Steve Schweck:
"Steve Schwenk
\\\\BAD NEWS ALERT////
Sheena & Brad - traveling around the world in a T-3 Vanagon named "Nacho" - were robbed within the last hour or so. Someone broke into Nacho and took all of their electronic devices and camera equipment worth well over $3,000.
They are presently in Junín de los Andes, a village in the province of Neuquén, Argentina.
This is a terrible set-back for them. It is really a drag that bad people can ruin something so positive and wonderful. But on the other side of the coin, Good People can often help make up for the bad people and the things they do.
So I am calling on all Syncronauts and T-3 lovers to please make a small donation to help them finance replacement of the vital equipment that was stolen. You can read the details at their FB page, below.
Any donation will help. We all benefit seeing their great photos and will continue to do so as they make their way around the world.
Please donate what you can. Even $5 will be a help if enough people chip in. Here is a link to their paypal on their blog:
http://www.drivenachodrive.com/donate/
Thank you! And yes, many of us can and will vouch for them. Thanks for pitching in!"[/b] _________________

I only just found their blog a few days ago. This is a very impressive trip and I would hate to stop getting the updates. It's very well written as well. |

Done, that's a bummer. Their ramblings up until now have reinforced my faith in human spirit. I'm glad they're both safe! Their mods have been an inspiration to me as well.
