I agree that looks weird, maybe a blemish, maybe not.

The apostrophe doesn't seem to match the font of the lettering. If it were intentional it would be fatter.
As far as the antenna, this is a commercial propane service vehicle and was probably radio-dispatched. The antenna is entirely appropriate. |

I used to own a westfalia wooden widebed and it was just one board, not multiple boards.
