I think I have one of those badges in the bottom of a parts box somewhere, I'll have a look next week. I think it's missing one or two of the mounting tabs but if you still want it you can have it for the price of shipping _________________ 1990 syncro 1.6TD "Smily"

Not a problem ThorAlex. You're just across the pond. This is better than no badge. I'll paypal you if this works for you.

I would think that it would work on a mac. You have to get a pc just for this web site alone. It has just about everything p/n you need for your DoKa and most other cars VW/Audi. It's very helpful when looking for p/n's.
We have a 1977 Audi fox that needed a tie rod and we looked under vw passat which is basically the same car just a name change for Europe and elsewhere but the US, and we found the p/n. |

Yes you can remove them without destroying them.
I will post pictures of the handles without the plastic insert so you can see where you need to drill a hole to remove the lock tab that holds them in place.
After the hole is drilled through only one side of the plastic handle, you need to smash the tip with a hammer and flatted the end a bit before you begin to hit the handle from the rear to push it out.
It feels like you are wrecking the handle but they don't break. The plastic is hard and will not break easily.
I did this to all of my handles and it woks.
1.875" from the end and a 7/32" drill bit.

Door looks good napat. Has anybody asked what color you are going to paint it? White is nice but red would be really cool. You don't see too many red ones around here. |
here is what the dc turns out
