After many years of little progress it got chopped in, in April 2009, for this 3 fold 54 which needed much less work and is now sat in my garage (almost) complete....
This is how it looked shortly after I took delivery...
front clip was the only major part that needed replacing (it was an abandoned project car)

Wondered what happened to John King's old car. What does it look like now? |

Hmmmm....I wonder what's under that Earl Scheib paint job.
Recent barn find...Parked since 74'. Taken out of the barn about a year two ago. Just long enough for some grommits to bust out all the glass (headlights included . No collision damage and no cancer whatsoever except for a couple of very, very small holes in the driver side rear pan. Og rims, fenders, hood, seats, mats, tunnel mat, wiring, headliner is OG too but it looks a little like the shroud of Turin than a headliner.. ...Dash paint is in very nice shape Spent about $80 on wet and dry sandpaper to bring back the beauty...
August 1957...
Oh...Okay...Why, it looks like original Coral Red paint. Uh, ya I'll take it...

So that's the new project mr fox?
I look forward to seeing some progress/finished, all your other projects are great motivation to a home resto guy like me.
Did you delete the bullets?
