The only thing not to like about that car is the awful music.
I also love that you can eat bugs in a car.

Had a June bug go up my right nostril riding my Motto Guzzi Eldorodo. It was still fluttering after insertion. Descriptive enough or TMI?

I had something fall into the air vents on my bicycle helmet. I reached in with my finger, to poke it out, and got stung by a angry hornet. MY finger swelled up like sausage, so I rode to a walk in clinic to get treated.

Been stung in the neck more than once, on dirt bikes and my Moto Guzzi. Not fun.

Or did you walk to a ride-in clinic?

I had a paper route growing up. Once while cranking hard and loaded down a bee flew INTO my mouth. A big fuzzy-buzzy sensation — I spit it out ASAP, but not quick enough to avoid getting stung on the tongue. Bee venom is bitter, I couldn't spit enough — must have taken another mile riding to get rid of that taste. I completed my daily deliveries with a swollen tongue!

Summer evening, safaris open and the warm breeze blowing in my face. Suddenly it felt like rain, but nothing was wet. When I got home I realized I had driven through a swarm of flying termites. It took a few years to get them out of the wood in my camper.

You guys are helping to reassure me that I don't want safaris in my bus, lol. I drove it around the block without glass once and it was a horrible experience.

That one's about as old as the jumping bus video, thanks for the flashback!

I was referring to the Bay, but I forgot about the flying Pamper, that one's also a classic, but long ago that Bay one got linked to you by anyone who thought you liked VW's, much like the fan belt change.

You know what they say? “If there’s grass on the field, cover your firewall with cow hide”.

And a meat tenderizer clutch pedal and spongy rubber brake. Makes sense. I drive with shoes on just in case a sharp object or rock finds its way on to my brake pedal.
