Has anyone seen the two year only produced, Green colored Vanagon's.
If so, are they hard to find? any prices on them that you have seen?
I never knew that VW did that. _________________ Wanted : January '57 Palm Green Sand Green Bus Parts - Middle and Rear Seat Frames - flat back. I have original seat covers but would consider covered frames.

This bad boy was on SF craigslist a while back. They didn't seem to want any more than any other Westy, but with an interior that custoimised they might be selling to a niche market. I've seen one of the green Westys in person in Vancouver BC. It was a bit beat up, but still pretty cool.

There is a green (I think) 86 full Westy, even with the rare extra seat (!!!!) on fleaharbor. Too bad it is so damn far away..... _________________ "Use the SEARCH, Luke" But first visit the Vanagon FAQ!

A friend of mine had a forest green '84 Westy. I think the Westys only came in that color in '83 and '84?

I've been told that these are very rare Vanagon's. Kind of like the "Joker" stlye Vanagon's.
I do know of an original green one for sale.... _________________ Wanted : January '57 Palm Green Sand Green Bus Parts - Middle and Rear Seat Frames - flat back. I have original seat covers but would consider covered frames.

I owned an 84 Westy a few years ago that was green. I made the mistake of getting rid of it, it was in perfect shape. This was in Winnipeg, Canada.
I now own an 86 white westy, I still miss the green one.
