So yesterday I helped my friend in the saving of this split that has bee sitting on a field for over 30 or so years. I think its long gone to be restored but it might be pretty cool rat on a newer pan.

nice bug! does anyone ever keep a ratty bug stock height? while i do think they look "neat" lowered, they dont work right and the rear just looks like a broken rear end to the assuming bystander......raising the trans? ridiculous,my last employee just sold his raised tranny bug........he loves the lowriders but even he was saying what a stupid idea that was...he broke a rear axle at the fulcrum plates _________________ Have a great day! |

I love the look of a ratty stock height bug on stock size bias plies, but dumped on it's nuts is great too. Whichever floats your boat. _________________ 36hp '56 European DeLuxe oval
