Anyone have pics of unrestored heb's and early vert's?
Would be cool to see them before they are restored or older pics.
Here is my 50
I have to drag it out of storage and take more pics soon. |

I would post my original paint 57 but don't want to be yelled at for not being early enough |

From the great state of Texas .... pleased to call her mine, I just acquired her and will be beginning the process to restore her to perfection. Deserves nothing less as it is one of the nicest unmolested verts I have seen in a long time. Since the car is so straight and original, it will be an awesome car when Im done. I sold my 52 vert to fund the acquisition but Im thrilled with the deal. Chuck is a true friend to allow me the opportunity. A new chapter for the Texas vert! |

I was supposed to buy that vert for 10k in 2000 from Jerry Parrot when it was in Oklahoma. It was hard to get in touch with that guy. _________________ GFK

WOW Chuck sold you his vert! I saw this this vert in his garage about 3 months ago, it's in great shape indeed, all original. Chuck let me take some measurements off the front bumper so I could make a no-drill front license plate bracket for splits. Chuck's a great asset to the hobby. _________________ 1957 Karmann Kabriolet "Franky"
