I think it is "small army green". Maybe Liechtenstein or Andorra?

most of the authentic early cars I've seen were not glossy but flat paint finish? like this :

I got my zwitter frome the original owner in 1975 and I can assure you it was nevr a high gloss finish. I have since stripped the paint off but saved the glove box door as is since the inside of the door rarely saw UV rays and it is not glossy its almost "milky". I have been working with a paint supplier to try an match the Glasurit color and have had to use quite a bit of flatener. Now if we can only get the color right. Yea I know I am anal and a purist, it's an illness and I intend to commit myself to the Henry Ford clinic.
