Blue Metalflake NJ Turnpike?

I just recieived a call from a friend traveling south on the New Jersey Turnpike. (Between Newark and North of the Thomas Edison rest stop)

He said he saw an abandoned Blue metalflake Dune buggy with a black top and white wheels on the side of the road with two State Troopers kind of scratching their heads at it.

Anyone on here?

l know most of the guys around here with buggy's and i don't know of any with white wheels.

it sucks when you get stuck on the turnpike.
