Just finishing this one up...all the white paint is original, the stripes have been touched up. Original interior too (only replaced the inserts on the seats!) Factory sunroof...etc.
How many Landmark Campers do you think still exist? And how many were made? _________________ Cheers!

Yup, that's pretty cool. I love decal packages and pin stripes. It's Bay Window porn. _________________ *****************

IMHO it would be rare. Even back then the dealers only had a few each to sell. _________________ "Most people don't know what they're doing, and a lot of them are really good at it." - George Carlin |

In my hunting online I have come across only about a half dozen of them and only one other with the correct original interior. The pics at the end of that thread are of this Bus as I found it. Im just finishing this one up to ship over to the UK for a vacation adventure with my son later this year...I think the UK crowd will go wild for it. _________________ Cheers!

Now that's a cool bus with some nice decals.
Also loving the A-team Van wheels.
I'm also curious to see more of this bus. Share some more pics please. _________________ - Baywindow microbus- aug '68 - 1641cc twinport (AS)

Yes definitely,
In fact you can leave it with me after your trip to save the expense of shipping it back _________________ I like caves..

Hey Randy, did you get to talk to the guy who owned the blue Landmark you saw on the highway in Oceanside?
http://www.oldbug.com/landmark.htm
Was that bus as complete on the interior?
Great job on your restore, and as others have requested, could you post many more pics of the interior?
Our Landmark was brown like yours, but didn't have the middle seats and the cabinets had been modified and extended up to the drivers seat, but they kept the original cabinets in there, just added onto them!
Was the curtain divider still there? Ours was gone.
Every single person who looks at our bus loves the headliner and the 2nd thing most people notice and like are the pockets on the front doors. We miss them on our 77 Westy!
Again, great job, and please post more pics!
Thanks! _________________ ~Jeremy (and Jessica)

Randy,
I have never seen a brown stripe landmark, but seen a few with the blue stripes. I may be parting out a landmark, most of the stuff is gone but have door panels and sides, and a really nice headliner in it. it was hit in the front and if it can't be worked I'll part it. To bad all the other stuff is gone. _________________ Mike

The interior on the blue one in Oceanside has been changed up a lot...bit the exterior paint is all original and amazing! The graphics are all paint...not stickers by the way. And the red painted wheels...ugh...but easy to fix that.
