That's the same tumblr page I found it on.
NSFW can translate to "Not Safe For Wife".

Cool.
But I have to disagree. It's not an oval. It's a 58-60 Convert. Like the one in my back yard.
This is the rear window of an oval window convert

The 58-60 window is more squared off and taller.
Just a nitpick. _________________ Richard

Obviously inverted engineering. It's from Oz. Note the RHD Ford dually roadster pickup towtruck with dual roll bars and louvered hood. My folks had a Toyota Cressida like that one in the back a couple or 3 decades ago. The roll cage hoops on that buggy land on top rail where there is no support underneath. The aircleaner may be the best part of that buggy. _________________ Richard

the cars are from Mad Max 2. Here is a picture of the truck from the movie. I'll see if I can find a picture of the sand rail. Pretty sure it's the one that was wrapped in chicken wire.
Note the wheels on this thing

It IS the same truck. Not the same buggy, but they have similarities. Probably also used in the same movie. _________________ Richard

between the swingaxle and the skinny wire front rims, steering is more of a suggestion than a command. _________________ 73 Beetle Baja, Ghia front brakes, Type 3 rear brakes, 2220 ( 94 X 80 ), Weber Progressive, Bosch SVDA, '97 Mustang seats

Sweet!
Grandpa and Grandma Towd!
The 1st ride I ever got in a buggy was in the mid 60s in a Burro with a guy who had a long white beard, who went on to be known to all the original NORRA Baja racers as Santa. Now I'm looking not so different. So I dig that pic.
The Ghia is a cool gift! Somebody needs a 1-piece Ghia glass front clip. _________________ Richard
