Cool.

But I have to disagree. It's not an oval. It's a 58-60 Convert. Like the one in my back yard.

The 58-60 window is more squared off and taller.

It IS the same truck. Not the same buggy, but they have similarities. Probably also used in the same movie.

between the swingaxle and the skinny wire front rims, steering is more of a suggestion than a command.

Grandpa and Grandma Towd!

The 1st ride I ever got in a buggy was in the mid 60s in a Burro with a guy who had a long white beard, who went on to be known to all the original NORRA Baja racers as Santa. Now I'm looking not so different. So I dig that pic.

The Ghia is a cool gift! Somebody needs a 1-piece Ghia glass front clip.
