Well, after Jason finished my Zwitter project, I thought let's keep this rolling. So I gave him a nice restored car on Sunday morning in So Cal and tonight he sends me these pics! We both thought it would be good to post how to do a ragtop the right way.... I'm going to post pics all the way through paint and upholstery so this should be a good one Cool

Jason, thanks for taking this one on. I know how nerve racking it is assembling painted parts on a restoration. Here I am asking you to cut up a finished car Smile Thanks again!

Maybe it is Trayle, but I'm not confirming or denying it:-) Neither is Jason, right Jason? He took an oath of secrecy when he took the car Laughing Believe me, we are trying to make the car even better than it was before so this will be done the right way with the best people involved.

It's good to see it found another good home. That car started out as the nicest car I've ever owned. And to this day the only car I wish I never sold. When I saw the colour I thought "nice colour". Then when I saw the headliner I recognized the the red. Nice car, congrats on the purchase.

And it's 10 years old. Lots of parts from my personal stash. Every switch and electrical part was correct and NOS, down to the brake switch. All screw terminal. Anyway, I had my15 minutes with this car. It's your turn. Do your thing Jason. It's in good hands.

PS. Don't you just love the smell of real leather... Yummy.
