parts weights ; weight reduction

I searched around for a thread like this for a while and found nothing.
The idea is to create a database of specific parts and their weights (along with aftermarket parts) to compare and help people manage weight reduction.
Ex.
1962 beetle decklid - xx pounds

(Let's keep it to pounds to make it easier please)info to be compiled into spreadsheet

Also, what have you done for weight reduction on your car and how effective was it?
