Does any one know when a Vw was made in a specific month(Mine is June/50) ;are the wheels dated the same month of production? Do I need to locate wheels dated 06/50 or are they made prior to production? Thanks

I believe that wheels predated the car on which they were destined to be mounted.
For example the wheels on my og December 1949 Belgian standard split are all stamped 4/49. Not sure, but this may have been covered in another thread. |
