I am gathering together parts for a stock setup.
I have a 74.
I bought a set from a 73 with complete linkage and stock air cleaner.
I bought a fuel Mixture Distributor from someone else (3 tube)
I need pictures of how it all looks installed so I have a reference point.
Thanks _________________ Patrick Gillis

If you can give me a little time, I can draw you a diagram that will be more clear than a photo.

I have just uploaded three photos for any factory dual carb reference needs. I don't know how they are for legibility. You can click on the image itself for a full-screen assault.
Hopefully this will help some.

Amskeptic diagrams are nice!
I just got my '73 bus motor rebuilt - now 1.8. I am using the stock dual carbs, even though others tried to scare me away from them saying "You will never get them balanced, they were a nitemare when new, etc." So far i am proving them wrong!
It seems the Bentley manual misses the vacuum routing diagrams for these busses... I am also looking to find routing for one of the charcoal unit hoses which is hanging in limbo on my bus.
Thanks in advance.

Who makes a good rebuild kit for these carbs? Replacing my frankenstein single carb with duals in a few weeks.
