Fresh air/defrost vent elbows

I've searched high and low, and I can't seem to find any kind of definitive thread regarding the different fresh air /defrost vent elbow configurations and sizes, and what years have which types. I'd love to say that I'll now helpfully provide this information, but I don't have it. I'm hoping one of the veteran samba members can provide. Specifically, I'm looking for what goes with my bug - a 1977 standard beetle with the deluxe 2-speed vent airbox.

I believe the first image below is what I need - the hose "barbs" on my airbox have the same perforated look.
