Ok some how i got convinced to take this job , Its a single cab bus with a type1 dual port motor that was blown , Any ways i had a 1600 in good shape laying on the floor with a FK 41 cam in it so i been trying for 2 weeks now to make a solex run on this thing but im beat , exhausted and tired , What dual carb kit will work good on a basic stock 1600dual port , stock compression engine with this cam ?? customer will just have to cough up more cash.

What did you expect???
A stock 1600 with that cam is not something you just slap together and get to run with a stock carb. With a good deal more compression and a hot ignition with a fancy timing curve and it can be done.
The FK 41 is mild enough to make a set of Kadrons run well on it. Or dual 36 Weber/Dells, or Spanish 40 IDF70.

i know i know , the case was built with that cam in it and stupid me had to try , You gotta give it to me for trying no ?? ok duals it is ...

Not that you guys give a rats ass , But i built another motor for a vert that had dual Kad's so i put a single on it and installed the Kad's on the FK motor and she purs like a kitten ... 2 jobs out of the way ,Now i can get to my other more intersting projects .
