For all the advice about not using F&F with PayPal, there are very easy fraudster workarounds to the normal payment method with fees.

I once made a purchase of goods using PP (NOT F&F). When nothing showed up, I opened a dispute. The seller proceeds to send the PP arbitrator a shipping tracking number showing shipment to my address. The apribrator promptly closes the dispute.

A few days later, I literally get an empty box in the mail.

I snapped photos of the empty box and attempted to reopen the dispute and contact the arbitrator. PP wouldn't allow either action, stating that an arbitrator had closed the dispute and it couldn't be reopened, nor could a second one be opened.

The fraudulent seller knew EXACTLY how to game the PP system.

I immediately cancelled my PP account and never looked back. I caution everyone I know about using PP in any capacity, F&F or not.
