We were at a small local carmeeting on Saturday evening. The cars were all locals and specially invited based on their success in their categories. All the other cars were modern tuningcars... We won both People's Choice and Coolest ride awards. :hangloose
Unfortunately we had a short rainshower during the night, but on the other hand the coolest ride got even cooler looking... :D

| Have you let your kid drive it yet? Looks like 8 HP is plenty in that car. ;) |

Yes, he have begun the training so we can start race on the ice on the lakes in the winter. 8) Needs to learn the pedals and steering so we are taking it slow for now.
The 8hp is enough allright! When me and my wife were at the last show she said she also wanted to come along on a ride with me. So it pulls two grownups to about 25 mph with out any problems. :D We had to sit pretty tight though... |

| Simply Awesome. That was some great work. I just now read this whole thing. I want one. I guess i am going to have to build one like it. Since the bug has been done i will have to do something else. A ghia maybe. I have a nice fastback that i could use. I dont have a welder or plasma cutter, so until i have them i wont be able to do anything. This is very inspireing though. Thanks for the photos and videos. If you ever want to sell it let me know. Id love to own such an awesome piece of work. |

Kristian,
WOW
So can you build me a type 64 AKA 60K10? Use a thing or Ghia pan and cut up a later VW bug.
Again great job on your son's car and the layout in this thread
