BRM center caps came already installed in the wheel.
I am guessing they are early reproductions that were stored near a window. |

| Hi richard. The old guy I bought them from bought 8 of them new to replace the caps that he lost on his original BRMs back in 70 and only used 3 of them before he sold his bug he said and didn’t use them all and forgot about them until I dug them up digging thru his parts. They are originals for sure they match the ones I have on my BRMs front and the backside aswell they are 100% originals |

Another rare bird for sure original empi Datsun 15’ steering Wheel. The lady owned it for 30 plus years she bought an old 70’s Datsun and it was in it. Her and her husband took the Datsun completely apart to restore but couldn’t put it back together and ended up selling the car and kept the steering wheel until i bought it from them. Sadly the original hornbutton is long gone and I’m in need of one soooooooo HOOK ME UP BRO’s !!!!!

My in-the-family-since-69 Bug had one of these. It was installed by my parents as a gift to my grandfather. I swear there is a photo of it somewhere, but I have yet to find it in my family's photo albums. Sadly, the Bug was stolen and stripped in the 80s and the dash was ripped out. |

Been hunting this empi universal steering wheel for 3 years first saw it on offer up was going to buy the whole 68 Vert just for the steering wheel then the guy ghosted me so 3 years later I see the Vert pop up for sale on the samba and the steering wheel was still in it luckily the seller was my friend who found the Vert and I asked if he would sell me the steering wheel and he said yup so now it’s mine and my search is over

Just got home to find my new empi wheel on the doorstep. This didn’t sell on eBay so I made an offer and he was Cool with it ….. speedwell steering wheel with original empi Hornbutton

Empi only made the add a dash in faux wood grain ….. same for the steering wheels in real wood or graphite. |
