This thread has been dormant for a while so I will contribute. Here is my newest acquisition. Cut wheel wells, dog leg, roof, bulkhead, etc...
It is a bullet nose 61 Doublecab, so it is worth saving. |

I want a double cab so bad, I would even be happy with one in that shape. Hopefully I win the lottery or something someday. |

Ouch, that looks fairly rough with all the hacks.
Good on you for saving it. |

| Phew, good thing it has both lug nuts; I wouldn't want it to be unsafe. |

The lug nuts are the least of the problems. It has no engine so it will not be under its own power until it is fully rebuilt. When I bought it, the truck had no more than 3 lug nuts per wheel and 2-3 lug nuts in enough to roll it off the trailer and into the workshop.
It needs a whole lot of replacement metal welded in before it will ever see the road. |

That one is pretty cool. I wonder what they used to tie down with all those eye bolts on the rear hatch and wooden bumper. The odd spacing between the third and fourth side windows messes with my OCD but I would still drive it. |
