I'm getting everything together to install mine and here (what I think) are the steps. I've translated the german instructions into english but they still aren't very good. Does this sound right?
1. Cut hole in roof using supplied dimensions. Install black rubber trim around cut opening.
2. Install wood frame (2 straight wood pieces, 2 curved wood pieces, and 4 small triangle wood pieces) around the opening, below the roof.
3. Place pop top on the roof and drill holes through the mounting brackets, the wood frame, and the roof. Install using supplied bolts, washers, and nuts.
4. Staple tent fabric to wooden frame
5. Screw white border piece over wood frame.
6. Install rubber over white border piece.
7. Install handles, locking straps, etc. |
