Nice, looks good there. Unfortunately I still have a couple gaps in my rubber mat underneath, from the original middle seat mount points and such. Despite that it's nice to walk on for sure |

You gotta cut holes in the subfloor for the seat mounts or the subfloor will not lay flat. Square holes if I remember correctly. |

2 at the back and 2 on the side, plus a 1/4" subfloor to make the centre even with the raised outer lips, if you want it flat

Pretty sure those are only on wesfalias, I just have some flat plates with slots in the floor for the original 7-passenger config seats. No subfloor. I made some T-head bolts to secure the rear bed to those original slots. Bit hard to explain, maybe I should've taken more photos.
Anyway, the only issue is with the original rubber mat under my carpet having some extra holes in it that become uneven spots in my carpet as a result. Not really a big deal, I can live with it. I appreciate the info however
Edit: here's an old photo I found, shows the plates I have in my floor as a passenger bus

Nice! Is that over on the Island? The one pic looked like the ferry terminal in Tsawwassen but I don't remember a tree that big along the causeway. |

Nearly, that's the waterfront in Qualicum. Same same |

Made a little flatpack table for the campsite. Bit of a goofy project but only took an hour after work. Wasn't very fond of some of the cheap camp tables that are available so figured I'd give it a go. Stores nice and flat behind the passenger seat. |

What a beautiful, simple, elegant design!
It could store flat on the back bench with ~zero space need |

Thanks :D that is a good spot, actually. You could make a fairly large one in that case, mine was limited in size as I built it to store behind the passenger but now you got me thinking... |

Stormy camping. Was so great.
Definitely need to get my early westy table installed and my cabinet built... |
