Hi, I'm kind of new here, but here is my projects.

The Hebster52 is based on the remains of a 1952 split, and will be a replica of the Hebmüller number One.

Yes I know there are people out there yelling and screaming, OMG, he's cut up a split!!! But if you look at the start picture I think there is not that many of you that would even have thought about using anything of it.

This is how far the project is so far:

This is where it started...

You got the vision to make something out of nearly nothing good luck to ya.

Man, you have got some mad Photoshop skills...that would be a sweet Heb knock-off! :D And judging by the condition of the candidate, I'd say go for it! Meanwhile, I'll play with lowering my die-cast metal models. ;)

LOL@NorCalRiviera, You are not the only one who does that!

NorCalWeekender Wed Oct 22, 2003 6:00 pm

Heheheh, didja see my pics in the gallery already? Next thing, I'll grind off the mounting points underneath the pan...I'll never screw them to their bases again and get them even lower!!

-Taylor (stock height's not right...for models at least)

I like to play with the real thing... :D

Yes, I know I'm not the only one making a Heb replica, but not many of the replicas are registered as autentic manufactory year for the Hebs...(-49 - 53)

My Hebster52 will be as previously mentioned registered as a 1952 Heb replica when finished.

And I'm making the body exactly as the real thing, but the mechanicals will be made my own way.

Widened stock 16" wheels to fit 205/55 in the rear and 195/45 in the front. Slammed front beam, and so on....

How is the Hebster52 coming along, any new progress? :?:

Hebster52 Wed Feb 04, 2004 12:00 am

Thanks for asking.
Not much change yet... Have not had time to clean up the garage to make some room for some work yet.

I have plans to get started on the Hebster in a couple of month. I have collected more parts during the time the Hebster have been put away, so I have as much parts home already to make the progress even faster as soon as I get started on her.

I've also found some parts for the T-82E project.

I'll keep you updated as soon as I get started again :D

Terveisin
Markus (Saksassa asuva suomalainen :-)
