These beam extenders are brand new hot off the plasma table. They have a built in 2.5'' drop and 8deg added castor. These extenders have 9Ft of weld from my trusty Miller in them. Here is were I could talk trash about my competition, but I'm not like that. The truth is we both make beam extenders. They work the same and do the same job. The only real difference is that I do all my cad drawing and plasma cutting in house. I also get the steel plate at a discount through my day job. This allows me to have a lower operating cost, which I pass the savings on to you guys. My competitor says that I copied his design...I spent a lot of time designing mine to be as different as his as possible..you can simply look at them and see that I didn't copy. Its like saying chevy copied ford for making a truck...just babies crying because they have competition..

If you want more or less caster than my 8 deg just let me know. I've had 8deg on my daily for 4 yrs now and love it. Its not twitchy at all, that comes from your allignment being out of spec. The key is to set the toe in/out on front end at the ride height that you are going to drive it at.

I recommend all hardware be Grade 8!!
BEAM EXTENDER
4---1/2"X3.75"...beam to extender
4---1/2"x4.5"...extender to framehead
8---1/2" nyloc lock nuts
8---1/2" flat washers...these under the locking nuts
You will need to use a 9/16" drill bit and drill out the threaded holes in the framehead. This way your new bolts will go all the way through and washer/nut on the back side of the framehead.
STEERING KIT
4---5/16"x1.25"...steering extension flanges
4---5/16"x1"...steering bearing to bracket and bracket to fire wall
8---5/16" nyloc locking nuts
8---5/16" flat washers...go under locking nuts
FRAMEHEAD BRACE
2---5/16"X2"...connects the two halfs
2---5/16" nyloc locking nuts
2---5/16" flat washers...go under lock nuts
2---3/8" bolts...brace to pan mounts
